Jordan Haley is in the process of moving to the Philippines as a missionary. He has the desire and opportunity to do sports ministry through a missionary school called Faith International Academy (FIA). Jordan will be the Athletic Director and teach Bible at FIA and will have the opportunity to do community outreach with this position as well. Jordan has lived in Ethiopia half his life as his parents did mission work there and now wants to go to the mission field as well. Jordan is a committed follower of Christ and has a burden to share the gospel. Jordan is supper excited for this opportunity in Davao Philippines and looks forward to partnering with you to make this mission a reality.

Davao City is around 5% evangelical with a population of 24,451,000 which means there are less than 1,222,550 possibly evangelical Christians there which means a lot of people can go their whole life without meeting an Evangelical Christian. A majority of the population is Roman Catholic but pray to Mary and also pray and sacrifice to other Gods for good harvest and so forth. There is also a good sized population of Muslims in the area i will be that need to hear the gospel.
I want to go to Davao City because there is great need for the gospel there. I also know what it is like to be a missionary kid and want to pour into other missionary kids and their families at FIA so that they can continue to do mission work effectively. I want to use sports which is a universal connection to build relationships to share the gospel.
